Tulane track and field’s sprinter Jasmine Blocker has been named a First Team All-American by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for her performance in the 400 meter as the NCAA Outdoor National Championships this past weekend, announced the organization.
